At approximately 8:40 AM today, Easy On Net experienced a brief interruption in service that affected a portion of our customers. This intermittent issue occurred between 8:40 AM and 9:00 AM and was promptly resolved by our technical team.
We are currently investigating the cause to ensure the continued reliability of our services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.

- The issue was caused by a network interruption in the data centre of our upstream provider.
- The upstream provider assisted with resolving the issue immediately upon discovery.
- The service was restored fully within 30 minutes.
- The interruption affected clients mostly outside of Canada and general DNS load across our DNS cluster.
- Our primary DNS server remained active during the event.
